Shipping policy

Each piece will take 30-45 days for production, 10-14 days for shipping, and then 3-4 days for sorting, packing, and shipping. We will update customers as the production moves along but please be mindful that the item will not ship out to you until 4-6 weeks from the time of pre-order drop.

ALL ORDERS LISTED PREORDER WILL TAKE 3-6 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION, SHIPPING TO US, SORTING, PACKING, AND SHIPPING. THIS IS SO THE PRODUCT CAN BE A LOT CHEAPER FOR YOU AS THE CUSTOMER.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING UK, US, AND OTHER NON-EU COUNTRIES) ARE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, AND LOCAL TAXES.

 THE CUSTOMER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THESE FEES. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU REFUSE THE PACKAGE OR FAIL TO MARK RETURNS CORRECTLY AS "RETURNED GOODS", ANY EXTRA CUSTOMS COSTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.
