DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us without undue delay if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized items or sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item in accordance with our return policy and place a new order.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without any reason.

Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
